Five days of intensive testing lay behind the software developers of HMF Smart Solutions:
In November, a team from the HMF development site in Flensburg travelled to Malaga to take part in the MCX Plugtest of the ETSI for the first time. They took the opportunity to extensively test the interoperability of the MCX solution from HMF with other manufacturers. The basis for this was Release 17 of the 3GPP.
“Our focus has been on end-to-end testing. We connected MCX clients from other manufacturers via 4G/5G to our MCX server and a dispatcher. As a result, we are very satisfied with the outcome,” says Kim Ole Petersen, Head of R&D Flensburg, after the test days.
Taking along the fresh results and findings from Malaga, the HMF development team has already returned to Flensburg to continue work on their own MCX solution.
