Push-to-Talk over Cellular

Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) has been defined as a global standard by the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA). PoC enables the push-to-talk (PTT) function known and highly appreciated from the PMR area via 3G/4G mobile radio networks or WiFi networks. Voice messages can therefore be sent directly and quickly to one or more recipients by simply pressing a PTT button.
