Services (MCx)

The Mission Critical Services are also referred to as MCx, where the “x” stands for voice/PTT, data and video (Mission Critical Voice, Mission Critical Data and Mission Critical Video). MCx provides the services required for mission-critical applications such as Group Call, Prior Call, Late Entry, Dynamic Grouping or Short Data Service and Transmission and Reception Control.

Our MCx system is an LTE/5G-based multimedia mission critical communications solution that addresses various market segments such as public safety, energy and transportation.

HMF’s MCx solution is 3GPP compliant. It also includes multimedia dispatching, recording capabilities, a network management and a Graphical Information System (GIS) for your professional use. The MCx system can be used with both public and private LTE networks. Guaranteed Quality of Service (QoS) ensures transmission and provides low latency for reliable services. System redundancy also ensures high reliability.

The system is complemented by a well considered portfolio of different, robust handheld radios with separate PTT key, especially for professional users.
