MCR-500 Mission Critical Voice Recorder

The MCR-500 (Mission Critical Recorder) from Mocotec is used in ACCESSNET®-T IP communication networks where voice or data recording is required. The recorder is operated on a dedicated or virtual server in a highly available and redundant manner. During recording, the voice information is securely stored in a local database or in an external data centre together with the additional call detail records (CDRs) needed for later identification and evaluation. They can be retrieved at any time via the replay function.
