At PMRExpo, Hytera Mobilfunk and its application partner stashcat GmbH will present a comprehensive solution for safety-critical use: the Hytera LTE multimode radios, combined with the high secure messenger stashcat®.
“Together they are the perfect package for practical use. This enables us to respond to the real requirements of security organisations, large industrial and utility companies and public transport companies in particular,” says Marvin Gradtke, Sales Manager at Hytera Mobilfunk.
With stashcat®, the advantages of LTE multimode radios as broadband-capable end devices for mission-critical communication are given a secure messenger application with file management in the form of a cloud application. Guaranteed data sovereignty, the possibility of sending personal descriptions by photo or relevant documents directly, direct communication in large operations via channel or the simple, very precise sending of locations are just some of the advantages. stashcat® has already proven itself as a secure basic technology for several German state police forces and fulfils all given legal and content-related requirements for data protection and data security.
Another ideal fit: New PTC680 and stashcat®
Not only are the proven Hytera PTC760/PDC760 multimode radios the ideal device partners for the High Secure Messenger stashcat® – applications such as stashcat® can also be individually integrated into the new PTC680 portfolio.
The 325 gram device from the innovative series of Multi-mode Advanced Radios is the ideal communication solution for all types of mission-critical operations as well as for daily business operations with special requirements. The PTC680 combines TETRA wireless functionality, LTE technology and the benefits of an Android-based smartphone with flexible data transfer via WiFi, Wi-Fi, NFC or Bluetooth in a single device. It is sufficiently robust (MIL-STD 810 G and IP68 certified) to withstand the harshest and most challenging environments.
Joint presentation at the Hytera stand
At PMRExpo, Hytera will be hosting the stashcat® team at its stand (Hall 10, Stand B02) to show visitors its communication solution for public safety and industry. “By working with Hytera, we are combining the best of both worlds: professional radios paired with functional messaging. Based on our many years of experience in the field of integrated radio solutions, we decided to integrate our Messenger solution into Hytera’s multimode radios,” explains Christopher Bick, CEO of stashcat GmbH.
