Ready for the future with state-of-the-art communication solutions: At PMRExpo 2019 in Cologne Hytera presented a large variety with innovative broadband solutions and TETRA technology, smart push-to-talk-over-cellular (PoC) solutions and the latest radios. Under the title “Innovation Communications. It’s in our DNA”, the Hytera family welcomed visitors to their attractive stand to introduce them to the latest innovations, highlights and current trends.
TETRA partner product in focus
Hytera offers its system partners the powerful ACCESSNET®-T IP, a compact, infinitely scalable and versatile TETRA partner product. Thanks to the revised ACCESSNET®-T-IP network management software, it is extremely easy and fast to set up and configure.
Matthias Klausing, CEO Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH: “Hytera’s new TETRA partner product based on our rugged outdoor base station was developed by ourselves in Germany. We are very pleased that the new ACCESSNET® T-IP generation has aroused so much interest at PMRExpo. With our new TETRA partner product we are ready for the future.”
New TETRA radios: PT3 series and PTC680
In the TETRA range, Hytera also brought the latest radios from its own development stable to PMRExpo: new to the portfolio are both the PT3 series and the PTC680. The PT310 or alternatively the PT350 are the ideal entry into the TETRA world. With the PTC680, Hytera has launched a new high-end device: the smart, innovative radio combines TETRA and LTE technologies – for example, for the secure and fast transmission of data over broadband – and thereby allows almost limitless communication.
Another PMRExpo highlight at the Hytera stand was the presentation of a private LTE solution in operation. In so doing, Hytera combined the presentation of the Hytera Dispatcher SmartOne application solution, the innovative push-to-talk-over-cellular devices in action, and the demonstration of various video capabilities with Hytera multimode devices and bodycams.
Innovative PoC solutions from Hytera
Hytera had brought innovative push-to-talk-over-cellular (PoC) solutions to this year’s PMRExpo – in a live showcase the team demonstrated the flexibility of the user-friendly PoT app PTTconnect developed in Germany: the ideal solution for many areas of application for safe and fast team communication can be used on all Hytera PoC devices (PNC370, PNC380, PNC550), multi-mode devices, but also on any smartphone.
New DMR radio: HP785
Another crowd puller at PMRExpo was the new Hytera radio of the next DMR generation – the HP785. The extremely rugged and reliable device is designed to be particularly easy to carry, and offers outstanding audio quality. The 2.4-inch colour screen allows you to instantly capture important information in any environment at a glance for faster response in an emergency. Hytera unveiled the HP785 at PMRExpo for the first time in Germany before its launch.
Record, Check, Respond: Hytera Bodycams
Bodycams are the ideal companion for every critical situation: small, light and powerful. Hyteras Bodycams combine camera and wireless microphone in a single device and have long since become indispensable aids, not only in the field of public safety. All Hytera Bodycams have a Full HD camera for excellent video and image capture. The highlight of the PMRExpo was the Hytera top model VM780, a combination of Bodycam and PoC device that enables video streaming and voice communication over 3G/4G/Wi-Fi in real time.
ES-100 ad hoc system
In a disaster, every second counts: the ES-100 ad-hoc system enables fast emergency communication. Hytera’s innovative system solution is DMR-based and consists of mobile, digital ad-hoc wireless repeaters that connect to each other wirelessly in a quick and self-organised manner by simply powering up. This process is unique and has been patented by Hytera.
“With our presentation at PMRExpo, we have once again impressively demonstrated that our holistic portfolio offers optimally adapted, tailor-made solutions for any condition or application.” Markus Oltmanns Head of Product Marketing & Communications
