State-of-the-art private 5G (campus) solutions with almost infinite application possibilities – professional radio systems for secure, effective and fast voice and data transmission – comprehensive services: At PMRExpo 2022, the leading European trade fair for secure communications in Cologne, HMF Smart Solutions will be presenting itself from 22 to 24 November as a holistic provider and system integrator of individual, turnkey next-generation communication solutions. Technology-independent. Tried and tested worldwide. Future-proof.
Experience the Future of Communication – at the HMF Smart Solutions stand (Hall 10.2, Stand A2) with the almost infinite possibilities of 5G, innovative bridge technologies and migration solutions as well as hardware and software individually tailored to the new requirements. An extremely high level of good advice, planning and integrability of the components is required when it comes to constructing, implementing and operating new critical radio infrastructures as well as modernising existing systems. Due to the complexity as well as the diverse requirements, a great deal of additional experience, expert knowledge and flexibility is necessary during implementation.
We at HMF Smart Solutions provide the ideal basis for this with our customised, critical communication solutions, our wealth of experience in the field of professional mobile radio and our services. We look forward to presenting this wide range for holistic and sustainable system integration to PMRExpo visitors at our stand.
Martin Hucke, Chief Business Officer.
5G solutions in live operation
The HMF Smart Solutions stand has a number of highlights in store this year. The focus will be on the 5G Smart Box – HMF’s compact, stand-alone 5G system (campus network) in live operation with exciting showcases to demonstrate the wide range of possible applications: Among other things, visitors will get to know HMF’s PoC solution PTTconnect via 5G, live video transmission as well as IT/augmented reality (AR)-supported maintenance via 5G.
PTTConnect / MCx – Seamless migration options
The planning and realisation of migration scenarios can play a significant role in the implementation of 5G solutions. The push-to-talk-over-cellular (PoC) solution PTTconnect as well as the use of hybrid terminals are recommended as elegant and efficient “bridge technologies” for a smart migration from narrowband (e. g. TETRA) to broadband. HMF’s proprietary 3GPP-compliant MCx server, which is instrumental in defining the scope of mission-critical voice and data services in 5G networks, can be seamlessly inserted into 5G networks, even retrospectively.
TETRA – future-proof technology
ACCESSNET®-T IP is HMFs’ state-of-the art TETRA system. Highly developed. Highly available. Maximum scalability and efficiency. TETRA is still the preferred technology worldwide for providing high reliability and secure voice and data functions for critical infrastructures – for example, as nationwide networks for public safety in Europe and worldwide, as well as tested hundreds of times for object coverage in several German federal states.
“ACCESSNET®-T IP is a future-proof investment. Our TETRA system meets today’s cyber security requirements, is easy to upgrade and can be effortlessly adapted to future broadband requirements.”
Marco Martinato, Business Development Manager for TETRA
At PMRExpo, HMF Smart Solutions will demonstrate this with an ACCESSNET®-T IP SMART system in seamless interaction with 4G/5G broadband applications (PoC -> PTTconnect, bodycams) and the latest TETRA multimode advanced radios.
Live Streaming / PoC Services
At PMRExpo, HMF Smart Solutions will also present a smart, turnkey solution for live streaming, e.g. with body cams and a drone, whose scope of services can be individually tailored to the customer’s requirements thanks to intelligent integration options and various services. In addition to the live streaming function, push-to-talk (PoC) communication and chat functions are available. The HMF live streaming solution therefore enables numerous application areas via public and private 4G/5G networks, for example for private security services, in industry, logistics, public transport, healthcare, and many more.
