All the repeaters from Hytera can be connected in digital mode via IP connection to a comprehensive radio network. In analogue mode, the repeaters can be connected back-to-back. The repeaters can switch independently between digital and analogue mode, depending on the receiver signal.
The super repeater – The RD985S from Hytera is the heart of analogue and digital radio networks and supports further operating modes in addition to conventional analogue and digital operation, which can be enabled via an upgrade. It can be upgraded into a base station for DMR synchronisation, DMR trunked radio or Hytera XPT radio systems.
Versatile and compact – The RD625 is a digital repeater designed specifically to provide reliable radio coverage inside buildings and tunnels. Developed according to the open ETSI standard DMR, it can be operated either in digital or analogue mode.
For outdoor use and harsh environments – RD965 is Hytera’s first digital/analogue repeater for outdoor use that is compatible with the DMR standard. Thanks to its compact design, the device is very handy and can be used in a number of application scenarios, The RD965 fully complies with the MIL-STD-810 C/D/E/F/G standards and conforms to an IP67 degree of protection, ensuring exceptional availability even in harsh conditions.
The DMR Trunking Cube outdoor base station from Hytera is an example of the combination of robustness and particularly impressive features. For maximum resources, the base station can provide up to 8 DMR carriers. The carriers can be switched on via licences by software as required as soon as more capacity is needed (software defined radio), making this base station a particularly flexible, user-friendly solution. The DMR Trunking Cube is also fully compliant with the ETSI DMR standard and therefore offers full functionality for DMR trunked radio.
